Employment
Job Placement Services/ Job Coaching
This service is available to any individual served in the DIDD waiver. Our program is designed to assist individuals with job coaching, job market exposure, and continual support throughout the job search process to job placement. Data indicate that individuals are three times more likely to obtain a community job placement through supported employment.
Personal
Assistance
This service includes 48 hours a week/365 days a year of assistance care for persons with intellectual disability.
Personal Assistance encompasses many facets of care including health support, home support & therapeutic support in the comfort of your personal home.
Day
Services
Day Services are designed to help people with intellectual disabilities become active members of the community.
These services are available to any individual served in the DIDD waiver. Our program is designed to assist individuals increase social interaction, community involvement, social development and enhance perspective and community exposure.
